Business mentoring is a relationship between an aspiring entrepenuer or business onwer with an entrepreneur or someone with business experience. The mentor should be willing to act as a guide to the mentee.
The mentor offers advice, guidance and support to help mentee to run and improve their business or attain confidence to start up.
